Homeless Outreach Program

Our goal is to improve your health status by improving our patients' access, no matter their situation. If a person is experiencing homelessness or is at risk of losing their housing, we can provide the following services:

Medical appointments and urgent care access
Dental appointments
Assistance finding health insurance
Training on caring for chronic conditions (such as diabetes or high blood pressure)
Connecting with community organizations for more support
Assisting with housing resources (Peoples Clinic does not provide housing or money for housing. We can, however, connect individuals or families with other area agencies that can assist with housing needs.)
Help with substance abuse disorders

We are here to help. At Peoples Clinic, we want everyone to feel supported. For those individuals experiencing homelessness, we provide assistance and the company of professionals during appointments to ensure that our patients fee safe and welcomed.
